Nut and Raisin Bread

A hearty bread made with whole wheat flour, brown sugar, raisins, and nuts, flavored with warm spices and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Bread Dough

whole wheat flour 500 grams
brown sugar 250 grams
raisins 250 grams
walnuts or hazelnuts 250 grams
muesli 2 Tbsp
all spice 1 Tbsp
cinnamon 1 Tbsp
baking powder 1 Tbsp
margarine or butter 50 grams
milk 500 ml

Instructions

Bread Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together until a stiff dough is formed.

Pour the dough into a greased baking pan.

Bake at 375°F (200°C) for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
