Brownie Topping

A rich and creamy topping for brownies, made with butter, confectioners sugar, egg yolks, and melted chocolate, with an optional hint of cinnamon.

butter 0.5 cups
confectioners sugar 2.5 cups
egg yolks 2 pieces
semi-sweet chocolate 3 squares, melted
cinnamon 2 tsp, optional

Instructions

Preparation

Beat butter until creamy, soft, and almost white.

Slowly add the confectioners sugar while beating.

Mix in the egg yolks one at a time.

Add the melted chocolate and mix until smooth.

If desired, stir in 1 or 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
