Brownie Cookies

Add the butter and chocolate to a pot and heat it untill everything is melted.

Put aside and let cool down.

Add sugar and egg to a bowl, use a hand/stand mixer to mix to a fluffy consistence.

Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl, make sure there are no lumps and combine well.

Heat oven till 175 degrees celsius

Slowly add portions of the melted and dry mixtures in to the wet mixture while mixing.

Dough will be slightly sticky (add flour if its to sticky)

Put dough in the fridger for 10 minutes

Make even sized dough balls to your likeness, should be able to make 12 big cookies.

Place on the baking tray with enough space around each ball, you can add course sea salt for some extra flavor.

Bake for 10-12 min. After put on a flat surface and let cool down otherwise they will break.
