Bread Pudding

soft bread crumbs 3 cups
milk 2 cups, scalded
butter 0.25 cups, melted
brown sugar 0.5 cups
eggs 2 pieces, lightly beaten
salt 0.25 tsp
cinnamon 1 tsp
raisins 0.5 cups

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Put bread crumbs in a 3-quart casserole dish.

Add scalded milk and melted butter to the bread crumbs and mix well.

Stir in brown sugar, beaten eggs, salt, cinnamon, and raisins until combined.

Place the casserole dish in a shallow pan filled with 1 inch of warm water.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
